Cream soup pumpkin with vanilla

Ingredients:

- 250g of pumpkin
- 2 potatoes
- 1 large onion
- 1 vanilla pod
- 2 tablespoons whipping cream
- Butter
- Salt

1. Cut all vegetables into cubes and sauté in a pan with butter for about 5 minutes
2. Cover with water and add the vanilla bean split in 2 and salt
3. Bring to a boil and cook for 25 to 30 minutes
4. Remove the vanilla bean, add the cream and mix everything.
5. Adjust the seasoning with salt if necessary and serve without delay!
