Monoï de Tahiti
Since Antiquity, Polynesians have used Monoï oil in their daily lives, to massage babies, to nourish the hair, during ritual ceremonies, and even in pharmacopoeia.
The Tiaré Flower is the symbol of Polynesia, and its inhabitants have known its benefits for millennia.
It is this flower of Tiaré or Gardenia tahitensis, coming from a small shrub of the Rubiaceae family, which, macerated in > Coconut oil, gives Monoï de Tahiti .
The quality of Coconut oilis therefore as importantas that of the Tiare flower to obtain an oil that retains all its properties.
