Shipping costs vary according to countries. In France, whatever the number of items ordered is, the rate applicable to the delivery is the same. For the orders over 60 € in France with So Colissimo carrier, the shipping cost is offered.
All our parcels are shipped to the post office on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays. The average delivery time of your parcel by COLISSIMO is:
- 5 to 7 days to Overseas;
- 3 to 8 days to International.
The average delivery time of your parcel by SO COLISSIMO is:
- 48 hours in France: at your home, in your Cityssimo space, in your post office, in your shopkeeper.
Pacifique Sud Cosmétique is involved in the successful delivery and strives to meet deadlines for the goods shipping in a timely manner to meet customer demand. We are committed to respect an optimum preparation time which averages one day. However, the delivery time of your order is the La Poste one. If delivery time is too important, we apologize but we can not be held responsible. In case of a delivery problem, you must contact the carrier within 3 working days after the delivery. The maximum delivery time is 30 days. After this time, you can make a claim to Pacifique Sud Cosmétique who will investigate with the carrier. If appropriate, Pacifique Sud Cosmétique will remburse the value of products ordered to the buyer.
Once shipped, your order has a tracking. You will receive the tracking number the day we dispatch your order. Go to the carrier web site and enter this number to track your parcel.

If the parcel is damaged, it should not be opened: refuse it or take it directly to your nearest Post Office. If the parcel is not damaged, it is important that you check the products conformity upon delivery.
If your parcel or your products are damaged or missing, you must inform us the date of receipt or no later than the first working day after receipt to this email address: email@example.com or by phone at 00 334 42 32 02 34 from 10am to 12am and from 14pm to 16pm from Monday to Friday.
If you claim within the deadline, we will exchange or reimburse the products or reship the missing
